Below is all of the information you need to know about buying our clothes online.
This website is owned and operated by HANNAH SOPHIA LIMITED, a UK registered company with registration number UK 12530000 a Hannah Sophia Limited acts as a distance seller from the United Kingdom.
MAKING A PURCHASE
At Hannah Sophia England, our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as safe, secure and wonderful as possible. To place an order; select the item you wish to purchase by clicking on the correct size and colour to add the item into the shopping cart. Once you have finished, click “proceed to checkout” for delivery and payment options. Note that we cannot add garments or discount codes to your order once it is placed.
Orders placed online are considered an offer of purchase, and are subject to acceptance and availability. We try to ensure that availability information is correct, but sometimes stock can sell out quickly. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a refund for the unavailable garment. Our collection contains exclusive pieces in very small production runs, which in some cases can be made to order. In the event that your order has to be newly manufactured as a pre-order, we will contact you individually to agree on the delivery date to make sure it arrives in time for your special occasion. As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided regarding your address, personal details, delivery address and payment method is correct and accurate.
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, please notify us as quickly as possible within 5 working days of the expected delivery date. Failure to do so affects our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund/ replacement due.
If you wish to cancel your order under Selling Distance Regulations you must tell us in writing (email@example.com) within the same day. All dresses are made to order to ensure that we are being sustainable and encouraging less waste.
We offer our online customers exchanges within 14 days, however, the item needs to be returned to us first.
Orders placed on hannahsophiaengland.com that want to be refunded please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 7 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.

When returning your parcel, please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information) as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Your refund will be paid once we have received your returned items, and have accepted that they are in a re-saleable condition.
Returns will be at the cost of the buyer and we are not liable to pay any shipping fees for returns.
WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED / FAULTY
If you have received the wrong item or have discovered a fault, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. In this case, please contact us on email@example.com and they will advise you how to proceed.
DISCOUNTS / STORE CREDIT
If you have a discount code, you must enter it before you proceed to the checkout as you will not be able to do so once your order is placed. You may only use one discount code per order. Refunds for item(s) from an order which was discounted or part of a promotion will be calculated as Follows: Where a discount has been applied to the entire order, the discount will be applied evenly across the items ordered. For example, if a “£10 off” discount was applied and four items were ordered, then each item returned would be discounted by £2.50. If a % discount was applied, then the % would be applied separately to each item. Store credit is only valid for purchases made on www.hannahsophiaengland.com, and must be added before the order is placed. The total value must be used in one order only. In the eventuality that an item is cancelled or returned from the order when using a store credit a new one will be issued and emailed to you. Store credits cannot be used in conjunction with another credit store / coupon code.
Hannah Sophia prides themselves in ensuring all garments are to the highest quality standards. However, if you discover a manufacturing defect on any of your items, you may return it for a full refund within 3 months. Hannah Sophia undertakes no warranty to refund items outside of this time period or where a product is returned without a clear manufacturing defect. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned to you. Liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase value of the product. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all price details are correct, the price of goods is subject to acceptance upon dispatch of your order. Should there be any such variance in price due to a typographical error, our customer service team will contact you directly to advise you of it. The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery. For deliveries to the EU, the price is inclusive of VAT. For deliveries outside the EU (including the Channel Islands and Canary Islands), the price remains the same but VAT is not charged, and you will not be entitled to VAT refunds.
All elements of the Hannah Sophia website, including images, technology and designs are protected by Hannah Sophia, a registered brand of Hannah Sophia Limited. Images may not be reproduced or products represented for onward customer sale, without express consent from Hannah Sophia Limited. Unless otherwise stated, all blogger images shown on the Hannah Sophia website belong to the bloggers featured in the images. The bloggers are the legal copyright holders of the material and have issued Hannah Sophia Limited consent to publish the images.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Hannah Sophia may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
